I would like an update on my order #201872716697.... this would be my second time ordering. The first time I did not receive the IDs so I am very worried. I have had friends order before and their IDs came in two weeks but I have had no luck.

Hi, a friend ordered my id with his and two others. The NY state id off appearance is of very good quality; however, the bar code is not right. When scanned my name appears (first name last name,) instead of (Last name, first name). His id and the others scan correctly while mine seems to be the only one with this mistake; accordingly, both of my ids scan the same way.

Rm40001: the inconsistency in the scan of course makes the ID useless especially going to school in Philadelphia where every store, bar, and club scan religiously
