Hi we just got our Texas ids and there are several problems. The black bar on the back is very crooked, on the back the word directive in the first box should not have a dot over the i but it does. Please correct these mistakes. Order: 2018247685

Hi, can I receive an update on order #201842411719? The website says ids will be sent out within 5-7 business days and I was told I will receive a tracking # and picture of the ids within 72 hours of payment. I have completed payment and have been waiting a while and still have not received any updates, pictures, or a tracking #. Every time I email you guys I get the same exact copy and pasted message.
