Ordered our ids almost a month ago. Have not heard anything else. No updates at all. And no clue when we will get them. Our order id is 201861714077 and the email i used was ryanjohnson4051@gmail.com I need an update ASAP!

Ordered my ID's in late March, order was seized by customs April 14th and I let you know right away so I could get another pair shipped. It was now been almost 3 months since I was told I would have a new pair shipped out shortly and I have received nothing. Had a friend order ID's a month ago from you and they just received them. Do I get any explanation as to why my order has not been completed this is absolutely ridiculous!!

my friends and i ordered our ids in late may, the box finally arrived today, its noticeable that its been through customs. i checked the bottom of the box and there are no ids at all. we want a refund or to have them sent again but hidden better this time.
IDTOP: You need to open the top of the box. We're not necessarily at the bottom of the box but we're probably at the top

Hi. I sent my payment in for IDs 3 weeks ago and have not received any kind of tracking number or confirmation that you picked up the payment. Please give me a tracking number so that I know the IDs have been sent. I am not happy with the service. I placed my order on 6/11/18 and it is now 6/22/18 and still have not even recieved photos of the ids. The website says to be shipped no later than 7 days after order. Every time I email someone about this they send the same email saying be patient. Very dissatisfied with this company and the customer service will not recommend this to anyone. Hope to get some sort of feedback and help other than "be patient". My email is ali42508@gmail.com. Either help me or I need a refund.
