Hi, I ordered 5 California ID's through email. I paid with bitcoin on march 31st and I have still gotten no tracking number, or pictures, or any updates on production even though you told me that I should have the ID's in 5-7 business days. Can you please send me pictures of the ID's and tracking numbers?

Hello, I have now been in contact two times and have not seen any change in my ID progression. My original ID was sent to me and there was an obvious flaw on the making of it regarding the expiration date. I have been in contact twice and have been told twice that the staff would immediately arrange the re-making and sending of my ID. It has been a month since my last contact and I am very disappointed. I need this ID now ASAP as I ordered my original one 2 1/2 months ago and still do not have a usable one. Hello, I received my package today, but it was only the box that was ripped apart and the ID's were taken. I have highly dissatisfied with this because on top of that it took almost a month and a half to get them. I am wondering if we could be sent new one since it says you send new ones if anything is wrong since we didn't receive them at all. my MTCN number was: 732-266-9976 thanks

My ID's got in about month after I ordered them! They work great, the only problem is they don't scan. Other than that people don't really give them a second glance!
