The District of Columbia recently updated its ID design, and I was eager to see how well the novelty market is keeping up. I ordered the "Washington-DC-New" version from this vendor, and I have to say, the results are outstanding. This is a highly complex design with numerous security features, and they have been replicated with incredible precision.
The first thing that caught my eye was the clarity of the background imagery. The iconic DC landmarks are sharp and perfectly detailed, with the correct color saturation. The card stock is also excellent—it has that premium "polycarbonate" feel that is characteristic of the newest US IDs. It’s a very professional-looking prop.
Highlights of the New DC ID
