We know it saves money, but are there any new combinations or "regional packs" that vendors are offering? And how do we manage the data requirements for two or three different states without losing our minds? Let’s talk about "multi-state" bundles and organization. How do we get the best deal?
The biggest advantage is obviously the cost savings. You can often save 20-30% by bundling your orders. It also allows you to compare the quality of different templates from the same vendor side-by-side. This is a great way to find out which state they "do" best. Let’s talk about staying organized and minimizing errors. How do we do it?
Top Tips for a Successful Multi-State Order
- Keep Separate Data Files: Clearly label your photos and make sure your address data is perfectly formatted for each jurisdiction. Don’t try to "mix and match" your data!
- Compare Template Quality: Use this as a learning opportunity to see how the vendor’s quality varies across different states and design styles.
- Check for Batch Consistency: Even though you’re getting different states, the card stock and lamination quality should be identical across all of them.
